Brian Costello began his career in real estate through an internship while earning his MBA from California State University Fullerton. Once he had earned his degree, Brian was hired on full- time as the operations manager for this company, which focused on the development of multi- family residential properties across the greater LA area.

After serving in this position for 4 years, Brian decided it was time to go out on his own, utilizing the skills he had acquired, and founded Janus Properties Inc. in 2017. Janus’s mission is to do its part to alleviate the housing inventory crisis facing California one property at a time. To date, Brian and his company have added six brand new rental properties to LA’s inventory, but plans are in the works to greatly ramp up production. His vision is to eventually have ten separate projects in the pipeline at any one time, and this vision is coming closer to fruition.

Asset Developers Inc., founded by Tessa, is the sales side of the development company. It provides a comprehensive list of real estate services including: acquisitions, sales, leasing, and property management.
